SECURITY AND PRIVACY ON THE INTERNET INFOGRAPHIC

    

    With the evolving technology, the internet has become a network used by almost everyone. Besides facilitating many daily tasks, the internet holds great importance for most people due to its functions such as socializing and acquiring information. However, along with this growing network, security and privacy are at risk if not care taken. Cybercriminals and malicious software can access our information on the internet if precautions are not taken.

    To inform people about this issue, I prepared an infographic. In this infographic, I provided information about what people may encounter, the threats present in the online environment, and how to avoid traps on the internet. Alongside providing information, I also shared preventive measures in this infographic. With these measures, people will be able to protect their information and privacy while browsing the internet.

    When preparing the infographic, I had to pay attention to many aspects such as theme selection, use of appropriate diagrams, and background color. The infographic needed to be simple, readable, and understandable. For example, finding relevant and interesting icons was challenging because I needed to choose ones that were both related to the topic and attention-grabbing. I predominantly used icons, diagrams, and charts in preparing the infographic. To maintain simplicity, I mostly opted for a dark theme.

    In conclusion, when my infographic was finished, it turned out to be memorable and understandable. It took a long time to prepare, but I believe it resulted in a good outcome. Additionally, people became informed about how to navigate the internet securely, thanks to learning how to browse internet networks comfortably.
